The standard agreement for restaurants joining the Zakie network.

Payments for bookings and loyalty redemptions will be settled as follows:
Reservations are confirmed in real-time or subject to Restaurant approval based on the account settings. The Restaurant must manage availability to prevent overbooking. Chronic no-shows handled poorly or rejected bookings may impact visibility on the platform.
The Restaurant agrees to participate in the ZRewards programme. Guests earn 1 Point per $1 spent. The Restaurant agrees to honour redemptions at the rate of 500 Points = $5 discount, which will be reimbursed by Zakie in the weekly settlement.
Zakie may use the Restaurant's name, logo, and photos for marketing purposes. The Restaurant grants Zakie a non-exclusive licence to display this content. Zakie may also offer professional photography services to the Restaurant at an additional cost.
This agreement continues indefinitely until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Zakie may suspend the Restaurant immediately for breach of quality standards or failure to honour bookings.
Zakie is a facilitator and is not liable for the quality of food or service provided by the Restaurant. The Restaurant agrees to indemnify Zakie against any claims arising from the Restaurant's negligence or violation of regulations.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baghdad.
